Extract the v_sniperrifle file into tf>materials>models>weapons

A feeble attempt to re-create 007 Nightfire's Winter Tactical Sniper, and the first submission I've brought to FPSBanana (against the advice of pretty much everyone here.) Try to enjoy it, and if not, rip into it. I could use the criticism to fuel Version 2.0.

Please excuse the low-quality screenshots. I play TF2 on an Intellivision.
