HD Volcano Fragment reskin

This reskin is an HD (512px -> 1024px) retexture of the Sharpened Volcano Fragment. It adds a new custom normal map with some tweaked phong settings. Also added a lightwarp to the weapon to add some better shading.

-This was done as a challenge by a friend who told me to "Reskin a tf2 weapon to make it look better in under an hour"
