Scorch Shot fix with team color

So this will fix the Scorch Shot missing faces in the reload barrel, this will also add the Flare gun shell to the reload. I also added a team color version since there is already one here on Gamebanana and some people may not want to lose it. If you want your own team colored mod be sure to only replace the materials inside the tf folder with the one inside the rar!

• This works the best with Kiyoshi's custom animations.
  
  • This will work with other team color mods!
    
    • This will not work with any other Scorch Shot remodels.
