Old Viewmodel Style Scattergun

Makes the Scattergun's material and phongmask similar to the old Scattergun viewmodel's, making it look much more metallic and shiny, just like it used to be.

This is a pretty minimal mod, but i just liked the look of the old viewmodels more, so i made this.
