Yay, another file-rename skin!

Basically, it replaces the Sandvich with Jarate (making a Jarvich). Now Heavy can eat Piss for breakfast! 100% guranteed to be healthy for your health!

Includes backpack icons and world model.

Also, I used Sparkwire's jiggly Jarate to fix issues with the Jarate being weird. Link: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/77423

He has not been active for 1 year, however I will take this down upon admin or original author's request.

Replaces only the Sandvich, soon I will add other replacements such as Dalokoh's Bar or Steak!
