Old Viewmodel Style Rocket Launcher

Makes the Rocket Launcher's material and phongmask similar to the old Rocket Launcher viewmodel's, making it look much more metallic and shiny, just like it used to be.

This is a pretty minimal mod, but i just liked the look of the old viewmodels more, so i made this.
