Because hitting airshots with a regular rocket launcher is too mainstream.

I really liked KooPasa782's Scorched Style Jumpers (http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/119511), and I decided to twist it around a little and apply it to the Rocket Launcher. Hope you like it!
