Rocket-Jumper with sights

I've replaced the Rocket-Jumper with the current LoveAndWar Rocket-Launcher model and textures

The textures are a mix between the Rocket-Launcher and the Rocket-Jumper.

Also there's 5 alternative skins:

• Classic (Rocket-Jumper Based on LaW Rocket-Launcher)
• Clean (Factory-New "Love And War" Rocket-Jumper)
• Dirty (Dirtier "Love And War" Rocket-Jumper)
• Pre-LAW (Rocket-Jumper Before the "Love And War" Update)
• TiP (Rocket-Jumper using TIP Textures)
