Revolver themed Tranquilizer Gun

Phong is controlled with $basealphaphongmask so it won't be overly shiny. Not much more to say, really. Had an idea and did it. In certain views its really beautiful, but in other parts it just doesn't look right. Still looks better than the original texture which looked like polished plastic.

It isn't exactly true to the original revolver, but with the revolver past the grip there weren't any outstanding features, save for the rounds.

This is intended to be used with SargeantJoe's Tranquilizer for Revolver skin, but could be used with any skin that uses this model.
