Better Reserve Shooter

Another HQ retex with fair balance!

I noticed that there are not that many skins for the Reserve Shooter, so I decided to take a look at the texture up close. It was really low quality and so I decided to make it look better with new normals and a 1024 x 1024 texture! I made the star look much better, took off some lousy screws that didn't look good, and made the material of the handle look much more refined. I also took out some parts that originaly had grey scraps and made them normal, but this still contains that used look like on most guns on the game.

You my think "this is not really high quality". For Team Fortress 2, it is in a way. There are some HQ skins on GameBanana that look impressive for other games (Counterstrike, Left for Dead, and Half-Life 2), but on TF2 they stand out way to much.
