The reason being: the model is a c_model, but it uses a single v_material for the first and third person. The weird thing is, even though it's a c_model, the first person texture wouldn't show up. Only the third person texture would.
Either way, enjoy this skin, and rate what it deserves, regardless of it's whiteness.
