Tf2_U pistol fixed

I found this skin browsing the pistol skins section and i liked it but it was broken so i started the process of fixing it and here the final product

Includes

1. Textures for the normal pistol and one with the silencer
2. Costum sounds for the silenced version
3. Fixed clip for the silenced version (the clip actually has bullets)
4. A silenced version with muzzleflash and one without it
5. Custom phongmask
