2007 TF2 original scout pistol anims

since I had my hands on some files from the original tf2 2007 game, i said "why the fuck not?" and fixed this up from the game to the latest c model animations.

this submission includes:

optional fixed shell ejection and pistol models or regular animation fix no shell ejection.
