Nathan's Builder V2

I changed the blue button to Grey and put a panic button on it.

To Install: Extract the .zip file and put the three files in to your (user name)\teamfortresss2\tf\materials\models\weapons\v_builder folder. If this is your first skin for a builder you most likely will have to create the last folders.
