Eventually finding this deep in the dark crevices of Gamebanana history, and decided to try it out, but instead of the standard items it came with decided to make rename its files to make it work in TF2 as it is right now. It now replaces all of Demoman's unique items that's only made for him.
What I was hoping to do to the cosmetic is make its ponytail paintable or the gem but I don't know a lot about paintable texture and I don't how to code it to make it paint supported so that idea never got off the ground.
