Unique to Festive: 2013 Edition

Hello again, this is my first "real" submission.

Valve released the Smissmas update this morning with a bunch of cool winter-themed hats and more importantly... the Festives!
Since it only came out today, there isn't even a Wiki page for it yet! So I've only changed what I know became Festive.

The Festive Eyelander is included, I just couldn't get my hands on one. :(

Other mods seen in screenshots:

• xChiMix's Carbon Series
• Hydraxan's Rarity Spy Set (Look in the comments on some of them. I do not like ponies, but the skin makes the Spy look rich, which is nice)

Known bugs:

• Jigglebones do not work on the Festive Black Box
• Crossbow does not fire Candy Canes as the real one is meant to.
• Australium weapons are replaced with Festive versions.
