The Black Pack

NOTE: I was tired of seeing bad black packs, where the colors were wrong, and the characters skin became shiny (this is because they are lit in their vmt to be white, so you have to mess with vmt settings to make them shade like the Demoman). I created a big palette of colors from the Demoman's vtf file, and spent a hell of a long time making sure this was as accurate as possible. This is the definitive black pack!

Also, unlike other Black Pack's, this one retains details correctly, such as the Sniper's scar! This can be seen in the second preview image.

I'm back!

I'm a lot busier than I used to be, but I felt I should release some more content for you guys.

The Black Pack!

The black pack is a project I started months ago, working on and off on it, adding to it when possible. It is a pack that completely retextures the ENTIRE RED and BLU team (minus the Pyro and Demoman of course) to be black!

== Changes == - Recolored facial hair/hair to that of the Demoman's - Recolored skin to that of the Demoman's - Changed the lighting/shading of the characters (VMT) to the same as the Demoman's - Changed the characters (VMT) to use the Demo's brown eyes - Teeth retextured - Hands and palms retextured

== Includes == Black Gibs Black Arms/View Models Black RED/BLU Black HWM heads (3 textures for each class!)

This has taken a LOT of time and commitment to get right. Naturally some classes look better than others as African-Americans but you also have to remember, not all black people in real life look like their stereotype.

That being said, you can pick and choose which folders/characters you want to replace anyway!
