T.I.P Trailer accurate sniper, Engie, and Pyro

Edits to the TIP beta textures of Sniper Pyro And Engineer to make them accurate to Trailer 1, this changes their colors, emblems and details,

Sniper- brown watch and dark glasses

Pyro- Accurate RED team tank (yellow pipe there as you can see) and a blank BLU logo

Engineer- Beta buttons and beta emblem circle colors and a beta face
