Scout and Engie's Better Wood Weapons Pack

Gets rid of all those ugly low-quality wood textures on Engie's shotgun, Scout's scattergun, and their pistols.

On the shotgun and the pistol, I changed the bluish tone on the metal to a reddish one to match.

World models for all.

Added a version without the hue change on the rest of the gun. Quality on those should be a bit better.
