Replaces all of the Scout's Pistol animations!

Not Engineer's, though. Do not ask for them-they will always break.

I am aware of the Scout's right hand clipping pretty badly with the pistol's grip, but there's nothing I can do about it. The animations would look horrible if it was moved the the right.

There's an optional file now, which changes the reloading animation. Remember-one or the other. Don't install both.
