Kassgrein's pony models fixed and repacked

How to install:

• the packages are named pp_[classes first 2 letters]_[pony name]
• for one class you may install only one skin
• for scout first place the base model, then the materials for the pony you want (scootaloo/rd/firefly/derpy)
• the selected files should be placed in /SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom
