Icon based festive lights v.3 (New Festives Fixed)

Did this as requested by Festive-Helioptile.

This will make any new festive have the same light style.

Now has the sticky launcher with normal lights or colored.

now has yellow instead of green in a vpk you can pick.

Note: The gold launcher is my skin i did so that is why im not listing anyone for it.

Update: Working on the fix for the wires glowing now. so far 1 vpk of 3 fixed should have it done soon.

Also picture uploaded to show fix.

Wires no longer glow.

Lights are now a little brighter color on the older festives to match the new lights.
