Halo Reach Sniper Rifle/Assault Rifle Replacement

Buglist: EDIT: Working now after Scream Fortress and included BP icons :D

All sniper reloads are replaced including stock

Sniper's arm clips the sniper in higher fovs

The silenced sniper rifles have a visible muzzle flash in higher fovs

The Assault rifle bullet counters do not update, this cannot be fixed

The reload animation for the AR gets cut off if not using "Automatically reload when not firing" in the TF advanced options list.

Any other bugs message me.

THIS CONTAINS 1 FILE, PUT THIS IN YOUR common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom if you have any other vpks that involve sniper rifles/Smgs remove them, or decide what you wanna use.
