Fixed Shotguns for firstperson

SO this is a fix for all the tf2 shotguns FIXED LIGHTING THANKS TO FiveEyes

Fixes all classes that have shotguns

*this will work with custom arms *custom textures will work *custom animations probably wont work with this

install here C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\my_custom_stuff\models\weapons\c_models
