Bolt Fixes for the Sniper Rifles

This fixes the Sniper Rifle unlocks' bolts not moving.

Or more specifically, the AWPer hand's, the Sydney Sleeper's, the Hitman's Heatmaker, and the Bazaar Bargain's 'bolts'.

Some clip with the hand a little bit, but I can't do much about that.

Not working? Chances are, it's your other skins overwriting this one.

Try renaming 'Fixed Sniper Rifle Bolts.VPK' to '00A Fixed Sniper Rifle Bolts.VPK'

Chances are, this should be compatible with all Sniper Re-Animations and such, including the (hopefully) soon to be 'Phantom Limb'.

It's also compatible with all retextures of the Sniper Rifles.
