Atomic BONK! popper and Team colored winger

This is a fix for lightdasher's Bonk popper and Herolights Team colored winger! -JadenLX I found out the problem with herolights winger it was the model and the scripts fixed it too. How to install: Put the Tf folder in steam/steamapps/common/Team fortress 2. Everything the the custom folder are VPK files ADDED NEW SODA POPPER MODEL AS A STYLE! Note: I forgot to mention this but I disabled phong on my the skins sorry bout that. EDIT: Fix the phong but the old model Bonk can will have broken phong.
