Tribe Arrow reskin V 1.0

Huntsman arrow texture in several secondary colors for arrow tip. I tried editing the vmt files so that it used all textures, as well as creating an animated vtf, but after about 4 hours of trial and error I got a case of the F*** its. Ignore other mods in screenshots. I know how to remove/disable them but was just to frusterated to even bother. Arrow feathers based off of random google feather, arrow shaft based off of teak, and gemed arrow head just came to me. Overall I was shooting for a Down to earth, expencive, native, arrow.
