So i was just wondering why valve did not make the bomb have another skin, just like they did with the robots, they probably thought it wasn't really a big deal to do so, just like how they didn't bother giving the Tank and the Sentry Buster a red skin.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter, because we have this mod that basically gives the bomb another skin which is The Blue Bomb.

This does not affect the original texture of the bomb (which is the red bomb texture), it just makes another skin for the bomb which makes it have support for team-coloring, just like the briefcase and the mercenaries.

I'd prefer reading the text file on the ZIP file (README.txt) for instructions on how to install the mod.
