Installation of Fug Logo Heal Beam:

If you are in game make sure you restart it so you can see the changed effect.

Go to Program Files\Steam\Steamapps[yourname]\Team Fortress 2\tf\Materials\Effects

and place the healsign.vtf in the "effects" folder.

Open your game and you should see the FugLogo Heal Beams :D
