I improved on my previous Medic Goatee Skin. The unmarked ones are the new skins and the marked ones are the old one

Place Materials folder in TF folder, in this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf

If you like the original one better, just select the original rar file
