Smooth lightwarp V2

This lightwarp is supposed to be smooth. It's darker than the previous version that i trashed. Also included rimlight removal. I HIGHLY recommend you use tf2 tip (texture improvement project). I'll add the texture improvement in the download. (Might take longer to download because of the texture improvement project.
