Revovlers with Bullets: Version L'Etranger

This is an expansion to my "Custom Diamondback Bullets" mod. It adds actual bullets for the Spy to reload. It is also compatible with Paysus's animations.

I'll add the Big Kill and the Ambassador later

This would've been released hours ago, had I not spent 4 hours trying to create a batch file to replace a single line of text. I was trying to replace "custom" with "custom_off" in the look up so that I could only run TF2 with a specific set of mods for testing/pictures (My computer takes 10 minutes to start up with all the mods I have).
