VSS Vintorez Remake

Re-did the texture for the VSS I did 6 months ago, I felt bad since it was my first skin and was pretty bad.

• I've since made the textures simpler to look more like TF2's artstyle instead of chunky low-res graphics.

• I have also fixed some bugs so that the weapon is not purple and I've added the original lightwarp

If anyone can help me with custom animations and or making the lightwarp better I would greatly appreciate it, as I am not skilled at either.
