Heavy arm fix + Team coloring

So this will fix the Heavy melee cut off arm models at 70 FOV. I've also added Team coloring for the gloves.

• This works with SOME Models and Re-models of Heavy Primary.
  
  • This works with ALL Models and Re-models of Heavy Secondary.
    
    • This works with ALL Models and Re-models of Heavy Melee.

• This WILL Replace any Vanilla Minigun remodels!
  
  • This will NOT work with Natascha!
    

THE REASON FOR THE NATASCHA IS BECAUSE IT SHARES THE SAME MODEL AS THE MINIGUN AND THE TF2 CODING WON'T ALLOW A EXTRA SKIN FOR THE MINIGUN MODEL.
