Bandolierless Heavy

This is not a model it is a reskin!

This obviously removes the bandolier.

This uses the T.I.P for those who like those textures. for those who don't use those textures, trust me it's way better than the default.

So the file named default bandolierless is the one that uses default textures. the other one uses the T.I.P.
