Left4 Dead health pickups

Health items from Left 4 Dead/2 replace the health pickups.

• small - pain pills
• medium - medkit
• large - defibrillator

I know they look ludicrously oversized, but they match the original items' scales and I figured spotting them from across the map was more important. You can use L4D/2 retextures with these.
