Stocking Anarchy Themed Half-Zatoichi

Here is a reskin of the Half-Zatoichi based on Stocking Anarchy from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. I made this from scratch with several hours of work. It's a little basic, but it got the look I was going for. Feedback is appreciated, as always. Installation directions are included in the download. I just added more ingame screenshots about 20 minutes after posting this. I had teh genius idea to excessively crop the original screenshots I took, and I didn't realize they were rejected for being too small before. I just took more and added them.
