The Rocket Wrist

This thing was a lot of work and I'm happy to finally be uploading this. This is planned to be part of an item set but there might not be enough time to finish those.

Edit: I forgot to mention this will replace your Engineer model due to the fact that the thirdperson gunslinger model is part of the Engineer. If Valve adds any animations for the Engineer, it will be fine since the animations are a separate file. If Valve changes the Engineer model itself however, this I will have to update this mod.
