unfinished project - Hoverboots (NEED HELP!)

I've been trying to get this to work, but at this point im at the end of my ropes. Anyone willing to pick this up can take full credit for this project if they feel like it. At this point all I care about having this working ingame regardless of wether I can take credit for it or not. For anyone willing to repair this and make this work. I've included the SMD files, MDL files and 3DS max files as well as the VMT and VTF files for both the textures and backpack icons, lose texture PNG files, examples of how it's looking right now and ofcourse also the Gunboats reference files for if you might need them.
