Frontiersman's Rifle (Scopeless update + bonus)

Happy Manniversary. Today we have:

• more hats
• more misc items
• more damn weapons with stats identical to preexisting weapons
• the item server undergoing seizures for several hours
• everyone's loadouts got reset/randomized
• main menu music now sounds like it was dragged through a blender

So I'm going to put out an update that people will care about for a good reason. I got a number of requests that I remake my last skin without a scope. So, I replaced it with a rail sight on top to keep with the rifle idea. No, I won't remove the rail.

Also, I had another idea while working. So, to soften the sting of today's update, I've added a sawed-off version of the Frontier Justice to the archive.

As before, everything is compatible with your custom textures.

Oh, and I still won't tolerate low ratings without explanations.
