Gummy made the original reskin/recolor called the "The Distinguished Dash". I loved it however I didn't care for the "cutie mark" on it (yes I like MLP, but I don't like cutie marks stamped everywhere). So I removed all 3 (or 4?) of them.

Update

Since the SteamPipe (or whatever its called) installation of things has changed. Place the .vpk file (within the .zip) in %Steam%\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom.
