Simple black axe recolor (with nice shine)

I am aware that there is has been done to death. It's just to see what i can do and I will NOT spam textures like this.

After spending about a week learning the basics of texturing, I release my first re-skin: Black Fire Axe

It's just a simple texture with alot of detail. I worked a bit trying to make the shiny black blend with the metal at least a little bit and am glad with the results. I also smoothed the textures a bit so they aren't so blocky and made sure that no traces of the red where left. I don't know what to call it (paint, plastic coating or what?) but it was just to see what I could do with the art knowledge I have

Please try it out before commenting it just by it's screenshots. I'd like constructive criticism on what I can improve on. DO NOT COMMENT ON IT BEING JUST A SIMPLE TEXTURE. U NO LIKE? DON'T DOWNLOAD. ReadMe in zip
