Fire Mace

This mace will replace the RIFT Fire Axe with a more medieval looking model. It has a fire particle effect.

There doesn't appear to be a RIFT category so I placed it in 'Axe'.

UPDATE: I've removed the particle effect as it causes a serious issue where it'll render at all times whenever the Pyro has the weapon in his loadout. It also caused Spies to be tracked when clocked and disguised as a Pyro with the weapon.
