Tron Fortress: Eyelander

Here's the Claymore. And in no way final. I was asked to do it, and I did.

Nothing to say about it, other than the fact that I'm a bit iffy on the tip of the sword. That will likely be refined in a later update.

Includes a BLU Team Scout fix, if you're using the Tron Fortress Class skins.

Next is to update (I know), my skins. There's a few others that need to be updated badly, and a few of the more recent ones need small updates like model fixes and texture reworks.
