R64's Eureka Effect Fix

As you remember, I made a pre-fix before the holidays went into full swing, but I have finally finished the full fix! Clean textures, a simple-yet-effective normal, and a color fix to boot! After nine days in the development, hopefully it will have been worth the wight.
