Requested by "ChiggerLemon". Ah yes, the fabled most cheap item in Dota 2 that many people underestimate, while it can be a decisive item to buy at the beginning of the game. Since +1 to all attribute can make the difference between the first blood, and the first death, I choose that it should replace the Equalizer, as both items can make a difference when you're injured. (Though the Equalizer might do a bigger difference).
