It's finally here! Again! (Still slightly broken, but here again!)

Q: Why is the short circuit still broken? A: Because it's a dumb weapon that apparently doesn't want to work correctly. As of now, it currently only works in the viewmodel, and that's all that really matters, right? When was the last time you saw someone using the short circuit?
