The Scoped Enforcer

NOTE: The texture of the Enforcer in the pictures are taken from another skin. Yours should be the default so just ignore it for now. I'm not entirely sure but I think that you can make em' both work.

This is the first skin I've ever made so please don't criticize is too much :)
