Shinier Enforcer

I always tought the shine on the metal parts of the enforcer was not right, so I made them shinier, similar to the stock revolver. I also made the handle dark gray, since the default white looked bland in contrast to the light gray on the metal parts. To install, simply extract the .rar into tf/custom.
