Cool Blue Sapper

Extract the folders v_sapper and w_sapper to:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<your-account's-ID>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\models\weapons

If these folders dont exist already just create them (make sure they are exactly the same spellings as in the above filepath).

This is my first ever skin so please be kind :-)
